She has led several corporations and start-ups to succeed in their long-term technology roadmap, data needs and business innovation strategies.  

In recent years she focused more on product management, working for McLaren Applied Technologies as Head of Product Development from February 2016 to March 2017 and then as Group Product Director at PhotoBox from April 2017 to October 2018 before joining BP as Director of Digital Products and Partnerships, Downstream.

Jaco is Chief Innovation at OMV Petrom, driving their change towards a more innovative and digitally dexterous company with a healthy portfolio of new business options.

Before OMV, he spent four years at Shell, helping their transition to a more Open Innovation approach. He re-invigorated initiatives like GameChanger (radical early-stage innovation) and External Technology Coordination, and set up internal networks and learning programs to drive culture change. He built Shell TechWorks, an innovative outfit that maximizes the use of external technologies in a ‘skunkworks’ approach for rapid development of new solutions. Jaco also spent 23 years with Royal DSM in progressive roles across four different businesses, including VP Business Incubator and Director of the China Innovation Centre, where he built and inspired global teams to create significant new business. As a member of the DSM Innovation Council, he drove change from operational excellence to innovation excellence

Csaba Fehér

Csaba Feher with 25 years experience in maintenance, is the head of the maintenance and technology of logistics of MOL Plc. His responsibilities are to ensure maximized plant availability through efficient maintenance management with optimal cost level. Previously, He worked as Group Maintenance senior expert at MOL Group with the responsibility of unifying the maintenance area of group flagships: for example, routine maintenance/turnarounds based on reliability / predictive strategies, CMMS and external systems utilization.

Prior to joining MOL Group, Csaba worked as Maintenance central expert, instrumental engineer, project manager, CMMS consultant at several companies, including MOL Oil refineries, Slovnaft, INA, Eon, Oil service company. Csaba Feher received a degree in Technical Management from Denis Gabor High School from (1999 to 2002) and as Project manager from IPMA in 2015

Geir Skaugen

Geir Skaugen is the Vice President of Corporate R&D at National Oilwell Varco. He holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering from NTNU, Trondheim, Norway,
Master of Management Courses at BI- Norwegian Business School, Technology Commercialization program at the University of Texas at Austin. Geir has been in the industry for more than 25 years, 17 of those have been spent at NOV predominately preoccupied in drilling. Geir’s continued mission at NOV is to improve drilling performance by leveraging readily available information from the drilling machinery. He now heads up a group of engineers responsible for several patents that have successfully improved drilling efficiency.

Alexander Allmendinger

Alexander Allmendinger is the Test Lab Manager of the OPC Foundation European Certification Lab and is running the lab since it opened in 2016. In this position, he is working with a great variety of OPC products and solutions on a daily basis. Because he is also working with a wide variety of communication protocols, he has been sharing the vision of the OPC Foundation for many years now. In the early ages of OPC UA he started working with the technology when validating the first implementations of the Unified Architecture stacks. He also helped to prepare one of the first certified OPC UA clients and was maintaining it for several years. Since then he joined almost every Interoperability Workshops to ensure interoperability with other OPC UA products. This finally led to his current position in the OPC Foundation European Certification Lab and is a member of the Compliance Steering Committee.

Neil has over 40 years industry experience; 30+ years in Oil and Gas. Undertaking various roles throughout his early career ranging from detailed design to commissioning and operations.

Graduating from Durham University Business School in 1997 moving into Senior Management roles, including a 3-year period as an Executive Director of a SME, learning some of his hardest and enduring lessons. Holding roles as Technical Director O&M and VP Technical Assurance with his previous employer of 10 years, taking up his latest role with Bureau Veritas M&O UK as Global Service Line Director.

A chartered manager, Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and member of the Institute of Directors, holding a position on CMI board Scotland and until April 2018 held a position on ECITB board. Two most recent achievements is accepting collaboration awards from ECITB and Offshore Achievement Awards (OAA) for initiating and leading the Connected Competence initiative in industry.

Marco Scognamiglio is an Electronic engineer with a Master in Engineering Management.
He has eight years of experience in Oil&Gas Industry; in particular since 2011 he has been working with Saipem with a specialization in Instrumentation, Automation and Telecommunication for EPC projects for onshore and offshore application as a Project Specialist Leader. Now he is a Data Scientist for XSIGHT Division (a Saipem Division) with the task to develop and propose the application of machine learning for predictive maintenance service and the adoption of other Industry 4.0 smart technologies for the plant enhancement.

He was also a Steering Committee Member at ICS Forum-Industrial Cyber Security. In 2018 he was awarded the Saipem Innovation Trophy 13th Edition, 3RD BEST PERFORMER, for the use of neural networks for operating plants.

Ugo Salvi, born in Milan, Italy, I’m currently Corporate Head of Cyber Security as part of the Corporate Security function of Saipem spa.

I graduated in Physics in 1984, and I joined the Information Systems team of Snamprogetti spa as systems engineer. The company was part of the ENI Oil & Gas group as the engineering arm for onshore plant development and construction. I became manager of IT support for business projects, following tens of business initiatives in various part of the world. After the acquisition of Snamprogetti by Saipem SPA, in 2007 I took on the position of Corporate ICT Vice-President of Saipem, leading company in drilling, engineering, construction and manufacturing services for Oil & Gas, where I structured the global IT function. In 2017 I became Corporate Head of Digital, with the aim of promoting the digital transformation of the company.

My personal interests are living with my family, skiing and study linguistics. I’m co-author of an Italian language dictionary for a major publisher.

Harald Wesenberg is an IT specialist specializing in software innovation with more than 20 years of experience working at the Equinor Research Centre in Trondheim, Norway. His current focus is on the utilization of blockchain technologies in the oil and gas industry, where he has been the technical lead for Equinors blockchain efforts for the past three years. Prior to his current role as a software innovator, he worked for more than 8 years as an advisor to the Statoil CIO on enterprise architecture methods and practices. His primary interests are in using digitalization to enable new business models and explore new business and technical opportunities. He is a regular speaker at conferences and workshops both domestically and internationally and has published several scientific papers of his prior research.
