Andrew oversees Darktrace’s OT security offerings, providing cyber defense solutions for industrial environments. Andrew has worked extensively across all aspects of Darktrace’s technical and commercial operations, and advises Darktrace’s strategic Fortune 500 customers on advanced threat detection, machine learning and autonomous response. Andrew has a technical background in threat analysis and research, and holds a first-class degree in physics from Oxford University and a first-class degree in philosophy from King’s College London.
Dr. Greg Bollella
Dr. Greg Bollella, CTO, Internet-of-Things, VMware, Inc., has been interested in algorithms and software architectures that support the deterministic execution of logic within general-purpose operating systems and virtual machines since 1992.
At VMware he is investigating infrastructure management for the Internet-of-Things. While a Senior Engineer at IBM, he was fundamental to the industry effort that spurred the creation of the Java Community Process and established JSR-01 the first activity under the JCP and led the JSR-01 Expert Group that defined the Real-Time Specification for Java. During his work on the Golden Gate project at Sun he concurrently held a position, for four years, at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology, as Distinguished Visiting Scientist.
He holds a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His dissertation research is in real-time scheduling theory and real-time systems implementation. This work creates an architecture that defines fundamental issues that are necessary for supporting real-time applications within general-purpose operating systems and language runtimes.

Hege received an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science in 1990 and graduated from the General Management Program (GMP) in Harvard Business School in 2009.
Hege has more than 25 years of engineering and R&D experience in the oil and gas industry. She held the position as Corporate R&D manager in National Oilwell Varco from 2001 to 2009. She is and has served on several SPE / IADC committees, and has been serving on the ONS Innovation Award Jury since 2016.
Since 2009 she has held the position as Corporate Vice President and Chief Technology Officer in National Oilwell Varco.

Chartered Electrical Engineer with over 13 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. Previously working in Operations. Now Head of Prospective Lab Robotics R&D performing research of all robotic locomotion systems & associated applications (regardless of TRL) for use in the petrochemical industry both for human-engineered environments and unmanned automated plants.
Extensive knowledge of the design and certification requirements of equipment for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX/IECEx).
Manager of an international robotics competition called the ARGOS (Autonomous Robot for Gas and Oil Sites) Challenge creating a world first autonomous certified robot for use in a potentially explosive atmosphere.

Andrew currently serves as Finance Director – Performance Improvement with Occidental Petroleum (Oxy) in Houston, Texas. He joined Oxy in Doha, Qatar in 1995 and progressed through a number of financial leadership roles in Los Angeles, Long Beach, Bahrain and Houston. Prior to joining Oxy, Andrew was a senior consultant and auditor with Arthur Andersen in Kuwait and Oman.
Andrew has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Accounting from the University of Bombay (now Mumbai) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Imperial College, London. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. He serves on the Academic Relations Committee of Financial Executives International (FEI) Houston and the Research Committee of the Financial Executives Research Foundation (FERF). He has been an investor in public capital markets for over 20 years, and an angel investor since 2013.
Rui Serapicos is an international consultant with vast experience in Management Consulting, IT Strategy, Business Casing with professional experiences in sectors such as Banking, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, Retail and Services, he has developed his career in several organizations, such as Gartner, Finagence, Knowledge People, Boyden and GE Capital.
He is currently General Director of Acumen Consulting and CIONET Portugal.
Rui Serapicos has an Executive MBA from IMD, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business from the University of London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from MIT.

Philip Black is the Product Marketing Director for Wood Group’s Advanced Applications group. His focus is on providing technology solutions to global industry. He is responsible for ensuring the products and service lines match what the market is demanding. He has over 15 years of diverse experience in environmental consulting, software development, and operational intelligence. In previous roles at Wood Group, helped develop the company’s ENVision environmental analytics software suite as well as implement the software internationally. He has served as an industry voice on the subjects of air quality and climate change. He has been quoted in the media, authored numerous articles, and presented to both petrochemical and power generation audiences. Mr. Black holds a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Kansas and is a licensed professional engineer in Texas.
Test Lab Manager
Alexander Allmendinger is the Test Lab Manager of the OPC Foundation European Certification Lab and is running the lab since it opened in 2016. In this position, he is working with a great variety of OPC products and solutions on a daily basis. Because he is also working with a wide variety of communication protocols, he has been sharing the vision of the OPC Foundation for many years now. In the early ages of OPC UA he started working with the technology when validating the first implementations of the Unified Architecture stacks. He also helped to prepare one of the first certified OPC UA clients and was maintaining it for several years. Since then he joined almost every Interoperability Workshops to ensure interoperability with other OPC UA products. This finally led to his current position in the OPC Foundation European Certification Lab and is a member of the Compliance Steering Committee.

Csaba Feher with 25 years experience in maintenance, is the head of the maintenance and technology of logistics of MOL Plc. His responsibilities are to ensure maximized plant availability through efficient maintenance management with optimal cost level. Previously, He worked as Group Maintenance senior expert at MOL Group with the responsibility of unifying the maintenance area of group flagships: for example, routine maintenance/turnarounds based on reliability / predictive strategies, CMMS and external systems utilization.
Prior to joining MOL Group, Csaba worked as Maintenance central expert, instrumental engineer, project manager, CMMS consultant at several companies, including MOL Oil refineries, Slovnaft, INA, Eon, Oil service company. David Hartell has extensive onshore and offshore oil and gas developments experience including facilities engineering, construction, installation, project management, and production operations. His developments experience ranged from onshore remote locations to offshore deepwater locations. He has been responsible for managing subsurface asset, drilling, and completion, and production operations teams. He has developed Integrated Intelligent Operations (IIO) strategies for remote production facilities in Northwest Australia and the South Atlantic. He has prepared Reliability, Operability, and Maintainability focused strategies for remote monitoring and diagnostics, data analytics, and integrated production management systems across subsurface assets, subsea facilities, and surface facilities.

Károly Ott got his degrees at ELTE and the Public Gas. Initially, he was planning and developing a corporate governance system. From 2000 onwards, he spent 15 years planning and building data warehouses for public administration organizations, banks, and industrial companies. At present, at MOL GROUP he is responsible for deploying and deploying Big Data Technologies in the Group’s companies and as a member of the Innovation Team to explore other IT technologies and their application areas.

Tibor Komróczki has been working at MOL since 1987. He started his career at the FCC unit and has moved through different roles over time. In 2001 he joined the Process Information team as an application developer.
Since 2009 he has lead the Process Information team and in 2013 he was appointed the leader of the Integrated Information and Automation team in MOL’s Technology and Development department. Komroczki has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineer and a Masters in Computer Sciences. Komroczki has led many automation and information projects at MOL refinery and rolled out these systems to other refineries and petrochemical sites. Komroczki team has created many successful projects in the Refinery and operates valuable systems.
Alexander is a data scientist at Chesapeake Energy with focus on applying AI, machine learning, predictive multi-variate modeling, big data and advanced analytics to solving complex business problems. Prior to his 5 years in Energy industry, he has worked in Logistics and Transportation as a BI professional, and software developer for 13 years. Einar Landre has more than 30 years of software experience. Currently holding the position as Lead analyst, COO CIT Emerging Technologies Group, where he actively support Statoil’s digitalization initiatives. Mark brings over 12 years’ of upstream and downstream Oil and Gas experience and a passion for building and designing federated distributed systems to his role as Market Development Director at RTI. Prior to joining RTI, he was the Chief System Architect and Technical Manager for National Oilwell Varco and the System Architect of the Energy Drilling Automation Platform for Ensign. Mark was also a key contributor to ION Geophysical’s 80,000 channel count seismic recorder which, at the time was the largest recorder built. Mark graduated from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Computer Science.
